Southern Utilities & Grading is a underground utilities and grading company. We are looking for a Labor / Operator that is not afraid to get dirty and has experience with underground utilites, sewer, water and storm. There will be some traveling involved for some jobs but per diem is offered. As well as some experience with heavy equipment! We are a family ran and operated business that need hard working employees to get the job done. We are an underground utilities and grading company. Southern Utilities & Grading offers both commercial and residential grading services in the greater Charlotte area. We are here for all your grading needs!
UNDERGROUND PIPING
Southern Utilities & Grading can offer all water and sanitary installs and connections. Sanitary includes sanitary pipe, manholes, laterals, grinder pumps, tie-ins to existing sanitary lines. Water includes water meters, large valves, and tie-ins to existing water lines.
DEMOLITION
We offer demolition services on commercial and residential sites.
