Southern Utilities & Grading is looking for career-minded foremen experienced in commercial plumbing. We are a growing company, and now expanding our utility work to include plumbing in our utilities package. We service the greater Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency and competency of skills

2. Knowledge of plumbing systems from underground to trim out

3. Effectively install, diagnose, repair and maintain plumbing systems and/or equipment

4. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment

5. Complete documentation of invoicing data based on hours worked and materials or equipment used to perform the work

6. Strong working knowledge of job site safety/OSHA requirements and plumbing code

7. Operate a commercial vehicle/trailer

8. Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, engineered plans and other specifications

9. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
